Over my 22 years as a nurse and a decade spent educating the next generation of healthcare professionals, I have seen firsthand how easy it is to feel lost, unheard, or overlooked in today’s complex medical system. I founded Whole Health Healing Practice PLLC to offer a different kind of care. My commitment to you is simple: I will walk alongside you as a true partner in your healthcare journey. Here, we take the time to truly listen, focusing on your complete wellness by honoring the mind, body, and spirit. My life’s work has been dedicated to caring for others and ensuring that no patient falls through the cracks. Whole Health Healing Practice blends comprehensive family medicine with a thoughtful, personalized approach to care. Located in St. Cloud, Florida, our practice is led by Heather Zealy, ARNP, a family practice provider with 21 years of nursing experience and a passion for helping patients heal from beginning to end.
Heather brings not only years of hands-on patient care experience but also a background in teaching other nurses, reflecting her commitment to education, guidance, and high-quality care. At Whole Health Healing Practice, patients aged 5 and older can access a wide range of services designed to support both immediate needs and long-term wellness.
Our comprehensive primary care services include wellness visits, annual physicals, school physicals, nutrition and weight loss support, medication education, lab services, electrocardiogram (EKG) testing, and vitamin infusions.

A Message From Our Nurse Practitioner
As your healthcare provider, my primary mission is to deliver high-quality, personalized care that is accessible to everyone in our community. I deeply care about meeting the needs of all my patients, including those who wish to use their commercial health insurance.Currently, I am working diligently behind the scenes to navigate the complex credentialing process required to become an approved provider with major insurance networks. Because insurance companies often limit or delay applications for new providers, getting fully accepted into these networks takes time. Please rest assured that I am doing everything possible to speed up this process so I can accept your insurance plans in the near future.
In the meantime, I refuse to let administrative hurdles stand between you and your health goals. To ensure you can receive care immediately, I have designed an affordable cash-pay pricing structure. For many individuals, especially those managing high-deductible health plans (HDHPs) where you must pay thousands out-of-pocket before insurance kicks in, our transparent, flat-rate cash services may actually prove to be more cost-effective than traditional insurance billing.
Additionally, for any cash-pay service you receive at our clinic, we will gladly provide you with an itemized medical receipt (called a Superbill). You can submit this document directly to your insurance company, which may count the cost toward your annual deductible or allow them to reimburse you directly for your out-of-pocket expenses depending on your out-of-network benefits.

New Patient Comprehensive Exam - 60 minutes with provider
Pricing: $125 - $150
As your provider I will review your in-patient forms PRIOR to meeting with you to have the most productive visit. This comprehensive health assessment is designed to integrate an in-depth medical history with a comprehensive physical exam and create a highly individualized patient-centered prevention and treatment plan. A CBC, and a CMP are included in this exam. All other diagnostics/orders will be additional transparent charges.

New Patient Functional Wellness Comprehensive Exam – 60 minutes with provider
Pricing: $150
Our Functional Wellness New Patient Exam is comprised of an intensive clinical consultation designed to begin uncovering the true root causes of your chronic symptoms with a focus on foundational optimization, metabolic health, hormonal balance, and lifestyle harmony. We will deeply evaluate your current stress levels, sleep cycles, and toxic environmental exposures. A thorough head-to-toe review of your current physical complaints, tracking the subtle connections between your gut health, immune function, and thyroid performance. We will include an analysis of your exact muscle mass and design a targeted strategy for advanced functional testing—such as comprehensive gut microbiomes, micronutrient panels, or dried urine hormone testing—to pinpoint hidden physiological imbalances.

Our Annual Preventative Assessment is a special, once-a-year visit dedicated entirely to celebrating your health progress and keeping you feeling your best. As an established member of our practice family, this is our time to catch up and complete a physical exam tailored just for you. Together, we will chat about your lifestyle goals, update your immunizations, and map out a personalized screening plan for the year ahead. It is the perfect opportunity to ask questions, catch early changes, an invest in your long-term well-being.

The acute care visit will focus on getting you answers and relief fast. This includes a detailed evaluation of the sudden symptoms, initiate relevant point-of-care tests, and provide a clear diagnosis and treatment plan.

Pricing: $40 - $60
The follow -up visit is focused on continuity of care designed to monitor your ongoing health journey. This targeted visit evaluates your response to previous treatments or lifestyle plans, reviews diagnostic test results, manages chronic conditions, discuss any medications, and to make safe, data-driven adjustments to your care.

Sports Physical Exam with form completion and EKG – 30 minutes with provider
Pricing: $65
Comprehensive Pre-participation Physical Evaluation (PPE) fully compliant with the latest FHSAA requirements. This service includes a thorough musculoskeletal and cardiovascular check, vital signs, plus a quick on-site electrocardiogram (EKG). Both the required EL2 physical form and the new EL1 ECG screening form will be completed in a single visit pending all is clear and negative.

Comprehensive school entry health examinations for school age children. This visit includes a full physical assessment, developmental screening, and mandatory vision and hearing checks. Includes full completion of the required state school health forms.

Pricing: $150 initial visit / $75 Monthly visits
This initial visit will include a health assessment, body composition analysis, lab work review or orders, comprehensive medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, medication safety, and conclude with a personalized treatment plan and prescriptive orders

Medication Consultation with Nurse Practitioner and Consultant Pharmacist for established patients - 60 minutes with both NP and Clinical Pharmacist
Pricing: Initial $125 / follow ups $60
Take control of your health with our Joint Medication Consultation, a premium service pairing a Nurse Practitioner and a Consultant Pharmacist to optimize your regimen. Before your visit, our team conducts a deep-dive review of your prescriptions, costs, and current medical chart. During the consultation we will complete a physical assessment, vitals, side effect mapping, identification of legacy medications, review current lab work or order current labs needed and finalize a real-time medication action plan tailored to your needs ensuring your treatment is streamlined, safe, and cost effective.
